Because iGUIDE generates a floor plan with 3D modeling, all rooms and spaces in the home are scanned in order to get accurate details.

+ How long does it take to scan a property?

Length of the shoot varies depending on the size of the home, but generally you should anticipate 1 to 2 hours.

+ How soon will I receive the completed model?

The completed model and floor plans are delivered by COB the following business day.

+ If I see something in the model that I don’t want to show, can it be edited?

Generally, yes. There is a $30 fee per image/pano. If the item removal is too complicated, we can send it off to other experts and the cost will vary depending on the request.

+ What do I get when it's finished?

When it's ready, you will get an iGUIDE report with links to the branded and unbranded virtual tours, downloadable floor plans, an offline downloadable iGUIDE tour, downloadable photo Spheres, an embed code for your own website, and a list of property details, including room measurements and Floor Area information.

+ Will I be able to stay in the property while it’s being scanned?

It’s important that no people or pets be in the property during the scanning process.
